Hi there Alenka. Generally speaking it is just the spelling of the words that differ. For example: American english: Color British english: Colour You'll see this trend with some other words that are normally shortened in American spelling. But the meaning doesn't normally change. I hope this helps

The most difficult part of learning English is pronunciation . A lot of learners find it difficult to articulate sounds . Also, it's hard for learners to find native speakers and communicate with them which can be frustrating for some.

So far as my views are concerned, a teacher's ability to establish rapport with the students makes him/her a great teacher. This is something which is not found in all. Subject knowledge ofcourse is the asset but how to deliver it matters a lot.

Motivating a student is not a one-size fits all solution. SOME things I consider in motivating my students. Age Nationality (culture) Kids- reward system, praises Adults (Japanese)- showing their improvement and achievement (Test Scores) - assessment every now and then will make them feel like they are not wasting their time. Teens (Filipinos)- acknowledging their efforts
