People often say, "Thank God it's Friday" (TGIF) because it signifies the end of the workweek and the beginning of the weekend. Even though speaking and teaching your kids English is very common nowadays in my country, when I was a child, this was not so. I was exposed to two different languages but none of them were English. I only learnt English in school but it was only when reading books or giving a speech. Other than that English was not used much in my surroundings. Due to this, I faced difficulties when I started my Bachelor's in English. However, I was lucky enough to encounter some amazing teachers who never judged me for speaking incorrect English. Thanks to their help I have become a person who can speak English correctly and fluently and even teach others.
