Hi Shafaq, Consumer behaviour or Customer behaviour is the decisions that people make to buy a product or service. Contributing factors to people's decisions can be if they have a lot of money to spend or they are looking for a deal with the best price. An example of this: "When I go shopping for clothes, I look for items which are on sale or they have a discounted price." The behaviour I am portraying is that i am looking for the best price and to make the most out of my money. Another example of consumer behaviour: "I always buy the latest I-phone, I bought this phone as I want the best product on the market." The behaviour I am portraying is that I am looking for the best product and I don't care about how much money I spend. These are just a few examples of Consumer behaviour. I hope this helps. If you have any more questions please feel free to reach out to me. Have a great day, Lewis

If they are booking a trail lesson you have 30 minutes to break the ice with a small talk conversation, that if you send them a thank you for booking note, you can get some information prior to the lesson, where they live, what is their hobby and what do they need to work on specifically in English.. then you have the rest of the time to do a short lesson on what they are interested in working on. Encourage them to see the value of practicing their skills with you and say good bye.. In their recommendation be positive about everything they accomplished in the lessons and recommend a program with you. Good luck.
