Hi Shafaq, Consumer behaviour or Customer behaviour is the decisions that people make to buy a product or service. Contributing factors to people's decisions can be if they have a lot of money to spend or they are looking for a deal with the best price. An example of this: "When I go shopping for clothes, I look for items which are on sale or they have a discounted price." The behaviour I am portraying is that i am looking for the best price and to make the most out of my money. Another example of consumer behaviour: "I always buy the latest I-phone, I bought this phone as I want the best product on the market." The behaviour I am portraying is that I am looking for the best product and I don't care about how much money I spend. These are just a few examples of Consumer behaviour. I hope this helps. 1. 0 (zero) conditional is general truth 2. First conditional (one) Real, possible future conditions 3. Second conditional,Hypothetical or unlikely future or present situation. 4. Third condition is hypothetical past situation with no real outcome 5.Mixed conditional consists of past conditions with present consequences
