Hi Maimnat, There are five (5) forms: 1) Base (infinitive) - go, forget, love, cook 2) Past tense - went, forgot, loved, cooked 3) Past participle - gone, forgotten, loved, cooked 4) Present participle - going, forgetting, loving, cooking 5) Third (3rd) - person singular - goes, forgets, loves, cooks (he / she / it).
