Hi there, I am also new here! I think the students have to choose you. When you get your first student here, make sure that you are 100% prepared, so they can choose you again. I know that you almost never know what to expect but what I do know is that you must always be calm and go with the flow, be confident and authentic. Good luck ladies, we are in the same boat.
