Is there a difference between produce pronounced as proDUCE with stress at the end and PROduce with stress at the beginning, if Yes what is the difference?

If the stress is in the end that is a verb which means to create something. If the stress is in the beginning it's a noun that means planted stuff such as fruit or vegetables.
