If you missed a lesson for whatever reason without letting the student know in advance, get in touch with them as soon as you can and explain the situation.
On LiveXP. When the lesson starts, go to “My lessons” and click “Join lesson”, or click on the calendar icon and find the active lesson to join. You can join the active lesson either from your LiveXP app (iOS) or right from the website.
You get paid:
1) if the lesson is scheduled on the LiveXP Calendar
2) after a lesson has ended and the student has rated it positively
3) after 48 hours if the lesson remains unrated
No. It is prohibited to pay tutors outside LiveXP. We definitely will not be able to help you with refunds in this case, even if there are grounds for it.
If the tutor is still not there after 15 minutes, rate the lesson with the comment "Tutor didn't show up" and email us at [email protected], or in the chat.
It's not the same as account blocking. No need to worry. As soon as you log in to your account, or read and reply to all the messages, your account becomes visible on the platform again.
It all depends on your country and device. Students can pay for lessons and courses with a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and some local payments systems.
