Yes. But you have to be in the lesson for its whole duration in case the student makes it after all.

If the student contacts you and you agree to reschedule the lesson, then there is no need to wait:
1. Discuss a new date and time with the student
2. Submit the lesson reschedule request

The rescheduled request is at your disposal up till the very end of the lesson time. If the time of the lesson you want to reschedule is over, the reschedule feature will not be available for you, BUT the support team can do that for you.

The tool works exactly the same for both students and tutors and doesn't influence the Lesson success rate.
