If you didn't like how your lesson went, make sure to give it a low rating and specify what was wrong. We'll sort out the issue and refund the money if there are sufficient grounds.
If you didn't rate the lesson you didn't like, you can email us at [email protected], or contact the Support Team in the chat.
You can do it within 24 hours after the lesson and describe the situation.

If you don't send any complaint to the Support Team within 24 hours after the lesson, the lesson is considered successful, and the tutor gets paid. No refund is possible after that.
