If you didn't like how your lesson went, you can give it a low rating and specify what was wrong. We'll sort out the issue and refund the money if there are sufficient grounds for that. If you didn't rate the lesson you didn't like, you can email us at [email protected]. You can do it within 24 hours after the lesson and describe the situation.
Please mind if no complaint is sent to the Support Team within the next 24 hours after the lesson time is over, the money will be sent to the tutor since the lesson is considered to be successful. Thus, no refund is possible after that.
