It is prohibited to pay tutors outside LiveXP.
If you pay them through LiveXP, we can help you if something goes wrong, since we have access to our system, functionality, and data. It is crucial, especially in serious cases if you want a refund, for example.
But if you pay a tutor through a platform other than LiveXP, then we don’t have all the necessary tools to help you out. We definitely will not be able to help you with refunds in this case, even if there are grounds for it. We simply cannot access platforms and systems that aren’t ours.
