First, make sure you've fully completed the tutor registration. If tutor registration is incomplete, you will see a notifier about it at the top of the page once you log into your LiveXP profile.
If your registration is complete, there may be other reasons.
Students see only those tutors who:
- Have installed the LiveXP app
- Have set up their schedule
- Respond to all new messages within 24 hours
If you don't have the LiveXP mobile app or haven't responded to a message within 24 hours (while not in vacation mode), your tutor card will be hidden from students. To make it visible again, sign in to livexp.com or the app.
