What are Subscriptions?

Since LiveXP strives for a result, we've decided to move to the subscription model that will help our students to reach regularity in the learning process, and get a result they expect.

Reporting a lesson

If you would like to report a lesson (its quality, the tutor’s behavior, general thoughts), you are to submit your feedback within 48 hours after the end of the lesson.

Lesson Confirmation

After a lesson is over, both the student and the tutor need to confirm it so we can know that the lesson took place and the tutor can get paid.

What are the fees for using your services?

For tutors, LiveXP is free to join and use. For students, LiveXP offers 1 free 10-minute trial lesson, after which they should subscribe if they want to continue learning.

Lesson Refund Policy

Our top priorities are your satisfaction and the high-quality standards of the services we provide. Thus, we are ready to revert a low-quality lesson to your account if there are sufficient grounds for that.

Technical issues during the lesson

If there is a technical issue, ask your tutor to move to Zoom, Skype, etc, but remember to come back and report the issue at the end of your lesson.

Can I pay a tutor outside LiveXP?

No. It is prohibited to pay tutors outside LiveXP. We definitely will not be able to help you with refunds in this case, even if there are grounds for it.

Who are the tutors on LiveXP?

They are people from all around the world who love teaching. Anyone can be a tutor on LiveXP because we believe in openness and giving opportunities.

How do I join an active lesson?

When the lesson has started, you'll see a toast notification in the bottom left corner of the screen. It'll have the "Join lesson" button on it.

How to book a lesson?

The instruction for you to book a lesson and check the lesson balance.

What is LiveXP?

LiveXP is a platform where you can learn languages in 1-on-1 lessons. Anywhere, anytime, on any device.

What is the Unscheduled lessons section?

From now on, you don’t have to schedule lessons right when you purchase a lesson package. When you skip the "Schedule now" step, the purchased lessons are shown as Unscheduled you can schedule them anytime later.

What payment system is used on LiveXP?

It all depends on your country and device. Students can pay for lessons and courses with a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and some local payments systems.
