If you find yourself in a situation where you can't make it to your lesson, no worries – we've got your back! Just reach out to your tutor to discuss a new date and time for the lesson. Or, if you know your tutor's availability is actual, you can submit a reschedule request right away. We've got a step-by-step guide to help you through it, so you won't lose out on any learning fun!

Now, if your tutor is not responding, and there's more than 8 hours left before the lesson starts, you can cancel it straight from its card.

If it's a last-minute cancelation (less than 8 hours before the lesson), drop a message to our Support Team, and we'll try to cancel it with your tutor's approval. Keep in mind, though, that since it's close to the lesson's time, your tutor might still ask for a compensation. They reserved that time slot for you, and canceling means they miss out on another student booking this slot. It's all part of the learning journey, so let's treat it with understanding. 🙌
