I would recommend reading or using some textbooks for Learning. People learn English for years and still can’t speak English. I suggest to develop all skills at the same time and it doesn’t matter what language you learn. If you want to know how to do you can just try how I do it and you’ll get from the first lesson!
I won't beat about the bush. Do all three, but don't just watch American movies. There are such things as Australian, Irish, British and African movies. Watch and listen to as much as you can!
Hi there.I suppose it' s complex question because while watching American movies you are to understand fluent English with accent, podcast are launched in spoken English where modern and everyday words are used.Music is another direction in kearning English, it is also a pleasure to listen to your favourite bands or singers through their songs which reflect their emotions and feelings

Start testIt actually depends on your learning goals and your current level. I wouldn't recommend to start with films as they can be quite complicated at beginning. So, I'd rather ho with podcasts or some youtube bloggers. There are fewer people speaking, so you have more chances to get accustommed to their voices and manner of speaking quicker.
I would suggest reading magazines and newspaper.
Hi Hope you are having a nice day All of them can be pretty helpful See which one is more interesting and engaging for you Good luck
All these seem to introduce authentic English for daily conversations. Watching movies is great, but it would take a long time finish watching a movie unless it is short enough for the students. I would therefore recommend short podcasts and songs for them to listen. This would not be monotonous for the rapid-fire language learners of today.
Hi I have learnt doing both! I watch TV series to learn idioms and podcasts for the rest. Best Regards
It depends everyone has special way to learn the language, but from my point of view I recommend you to start with simple podcast so you can get the basics and some words then you can improve yourself by watching movies and hear the right pronunciation and accent either American or British.
Are you in US? Or Europe? Depending where you want to go. American expressions and pronunciation aren’t the same as UK. Listening is always good to try to comprehend the accent, the words, focusing in trying to understand but only as long as you feel comfortable because you may experience your mind going somewhere else and disconnect of the task per se.
All of those activities can be helpful for improving your English, but they each have their own benefits. Watching American movies can help you with listening comprehension, understanding colloquial expressions, and learning about American culture. Listening to podcasts can help you with listening comprehension, learning new vocabulary, and hearing natural speech. And listening to music can help you with your pronunciation, vocabulary, and rhythm. So it really depends on your goals and what you enjoy doing.
