Hello everyone, I am Volha - an English teacher, a language enthusiast, an avid reader and a person who is really into nature and the great outdoors. I am a result-focused teacher, always striving for excellence. I am CELTA-qualified (pass B), and my English language qualification is C2 (grade A). I have 10+ years of experience teaching children and adults, including exam preparation. So far, I have --Taught more than 300 students according to CEFR curriculum --Helped 40+ people get the average IELTSband score of 7 --Created no fewer than 8000 tailor-made lessons for my students The 3 key point of my teaching style are as follows: Communication. I mostly use communicative approach.That means, we basically talk 80% of our lesson time, acuiring new vocabulary and grammar items through speaking. Precision.We set precise goals and we calculate the exact time need to achieve them. Always. It's really essential to know how much time and effort you need to get the level you want. So, by the end of our trial lesson we'll have the roadmap we need to get inspired and get going. Practicality. Getting practical knowledge is vital. After all, you don't want to study something, you won't be able to apply, do you? So, no vague and overgeneralised topics that seem to take forever to discuss, just manageable chunks of practical knowledge each time.
