When teaching adult learners, you have more freedom to choose your approach and methods. It highly depends on the level of the learner, their preferences, and of course their sex, age, and culture. It is best to keep the topics related to their favorite subjects and be prepared "before" the class. It is crucial to study a bit before each class.

I open YouTube search for videos about space(especially with difficult vocabulary) and watch it. Then I make a revision of new words and interesting grammar structures that were used by a speaker in this video. Thats the way how to find topics and grammar to Learn. All the English learners must be associated with grammar to be able to know the verbs, nouns, articles, adjectives and so on. There are numerous quizzes to teach the learners. For those who are well-versed in grammar, there are pod-casts from British Council for the students to listen to get the correct pronunciation.
