It is best to keep the topics related to their favorite subjects and be prepared "before" the class. It is crucial to study a bit before each class.

Everyone of us wanna be an interesting person in communication, so it's a great opportunity to find topics for self-impruvement. Choose some spheres in which you wanna have knowledge and ability for conversations. For example: I admire space topics. I open YouTube search for videos about space(especially with difficult vocabulary) and watch it. Then I make a revision of new words and interesting grammar structures that were used by a speaker in this video. Thats the way how to find topics and grammar to Learn. For adult learners, I will prepare some basic grammar from A1 to B2 level. This is to determine their standard of English. There are numerous stories or quizzes which I get from You-tube It is fun to learn when there is a multiple choice quiz. All the English learners must be associated with grammar to be able to know the verbs, nouns, articles, adjectives and so on. There are numerous quizzes to teach the learners. For those who are well-versed in grammar, there are pod-casts from British Council for the students to listen to get the correct pronunciation.
