I am a person who is passionate about teaching and coaching. Currently I am a freelancer, dividing my time between teaching Business English online, being a facilitator at Team Building events, and writing articles on weekly basis. A certified in Teaching Business English from the International TESOL Teacher Training (CTBE-ITTT), currently a Mini-MBA holder from European Institute of Leadership Management of Ireland, I have been involved in the teaching and coaching field for more than 5 years now. I am a movie buff who loves to watch movies that are related to business, so that I can learn and enhance my proficiency in English. My future plan is to travel around the world to help non-native speakers improve their command of professional English, and also to equip them with useful professional career skills. I am a CTBE-certified Coach since 2018, who helps non-native working professionals, utilizing English as a tool using Executive Coaching methods. I have been teaching Business English for more than 5 years, specializing in management executives to improve writing and speaking skills in their meetings, discussions, and presentations. I also teach Malay Language for Foreigners. And most recently, I received a Mini-MBA in Strategic Management from European Institute of Leadership and Management (Ireland) My teaching methodologies are: Personalized Education & Inquiry-Based Learning. My sessions will take the student-centered approach to a new level by, as much as possible, responding to each individual learner’s unique needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Each student gets a learning plan that's based on what he or she knows and how he or she learns best (all of this via a Needs Analysis form). Through individualized 'tactics and strategies', learning is tailored to the student. It provides numerous and yet-to-be-discovered advantages for both the teacher and the student. Also, my sessions will engage students by making real-world connections through exploration and case studies.
