the word sabeeh means the one who glorifies and the word sobhan means the one who you glorify

Why Allah is described as Subhan not Sabeeh??
As Allah is Rehman and Raheem both?

Combining them is correct, and there is no conflict between them

Both have different meanings actually، Subhan means Pure and its relates to  Allah while Sabeeh means  beautiful and good colored like so its meaning relates to Human ,Its not suit to Allah
