They are both correct depending on what you are trying to say. I got confused is used when talking about one event in the past. E.g I got confused yesterday when I was accused me of stealing. I get confused is used when talking about one event that happens repeatedly or different events. E.g I get confused every time I am accused of stealing. I am confused is used when talking about an event that is happening now. E.g I am confused by the accusations of me stealing.

Hello! Both of these sentences are correct. The only thing different about them is the tense. "I got confused" is past tense e.g. I got confused with the question because I didn't know the answer. Whereas " I get confused" is present tense e.g. Since it happened, I get confused. Hopefully this helps!
They are both correct, you can use them both. Only one is in the present tense, and one is in the past tense. "I get confused" is in the present tense whereas "I got confused" is in the past tense get - present got - past gotten - past participle
