They are both correct depending on what you are trying to say. I got confused is used when talking about one event in the past. E.g I got confused yesterday when I was accused me of stealing. I get confused is used when talking about one event that happens repeatedly or different events. E.g I get confused every time I am accused of stealing. I am confused is used when talking about an event that is happening now. E.g I am confused by the accusations of me stealing.
