I am currently learning Spanish in Mexico and it helps to open up a whole new world of the cultural aspects. In my experience, when you understand what a word means it can help you to understand cultural slang as well and helps to connect you with people.

My favourite thing about learning a language is the buzz you get when you can have a conversation and be understood. I truly feel that we should all make an effort to learn a second language; it would go a long way toward achieving peace on our little planet. It's the only place we can call home, and every single one of us should do all we can to avoid its destruction by the idiots that rule over us!

When you learn a new language you discover new sounds and practise your pronunciation, you're able to tap into another reality - culture and enjoy this wonderful discovery. You can even go to another place, where this type of language is spoken and simply integrate with other people, learn new things about them and expand your knowledge and acquire different skills, that opens new possibilities before you so you can change your job, profession, place of living and be able to communicate without any problem! Learning a new language is discovering new culture!
For me, learning a new language means knowing about a new culture. Also be able to communicate and present with confidence.
It's the ability to broaden my horizons that makes learning languages so appealing. As you embark on learning a new language, you ofteb have the feeling of: "wow, I could have described this thing like that! How interesting!" As a scholar ones said: "He who learns the language acqirer a new soul". I believe it to be true as learning a new language definitely grants you with insights and better grasp of different cultures.
To learn a new language is all about enthusiasm, effort, ready to improve, practise and performance.

Through modeling, where the teacher provides a clear model of the pronunciation, and the student repeats it. Secondly, phonetic transcription using the International phonetic Alphabet (IPA) which can help the student understand how words are pronounced. Another way could be using tongue twisters, which can be a fun and helpful way for practicing pronunciation , especially for sounds that are difficult to pronounce. The last way could be recordings, where students could listen to native speakers and imitate how they pronounce words.
