Tenses: Is it the same for Fus7a and Masri, or perhaps all of the Dialects?

Not totally but if you learned the tenses for fusha you should be able to understand them in almost any dialect.
No it's totally different by the spelling of the alphabet but of you learn the fus7a u can understand the Egyptian
All Mediterranean languages have the same grammar and tenses and they teach the same language which is the (fus7a), but however, when talking about the slang language yes the dialects differ and the pronunciation and also some terms might differ, but the language itself with its verbs, grammar, and tenses is the same, because the origin language is the (fus7a) language which is the ARABIC language.
MSA has two main tenses: the past tense and the present tense. Egyptian Arabic: has the same two + future tense, which can be formed by adding a prefix ه, for exmp; هيكون
There are only three tenses in arabic, which are: past, present and future. For referring to the past tense, we use: الفعل الماضي And for the present and future tenses, we use: الفعل المضارع. A lot of people think that مضارع means present, and that's a common mistake. In my dialect we also have the same tenses.

Fusha (Standerard Arabic) is different from dialects and misriah but the dialects are somewhat similar in terms of words and expressions because the origin is the same.

the word sabeeh means the one who glorifies and the word sobhan means the one who you glorify
