It depends with the level of stubborness
Give the troublemaker some form of responsibility that makes him/her feel important, like class monitor or teacher assistant and see if that works for you
Firstly, it is important to establish rules and guidelines as it relates to students' conduct and interaction in online classes. Similarly, there should also be established sanctions for non-compliance of these expected guideline. Secondly, it is important that the "troubled learner," is always on task and actively engaged in the lesson. Finally, give these learners some sort of responsibility or leadership role in the class. For example, if students are engaged in group activity, appoint one of them as the leader of the group or even a time keeper for a presentation. Ultimately, the teacher should try various methods to stem undesired behaviour.

Kindly tell the trouble-maker learner to either stop disturbing the class or quit the lesson. If the problem continues, separate the person from the rest of the students and teach that person alone.
I avoid this situation totally and teach 1 on 1 đ€Ł I tried 1 on 2 and it was really a pain in a neck since then 1 on 1 is best .
Dealing with troublemaker learners online can be challenging, but there are strategies to employ. A platform with breakout rooms can be helpful. One can share screens with all rooms. It also makes room for private discussions with the culprits. The private discussion should be held for the benefit of the learner. Should this not help, then external support should be sought.
This situation will arise if we are teaching in a class. As for me, I will bring the trouble maker to sit in front of the class. However, if we are teaching a group of students on-line, I will ask questions from other students first and come to the trouble maker last. In this way, he or she will see that the teacher is not giving him much opportunity to participate. He or she might keep quiet and listen first then when his turn comes, he can speak.
