I cannot aspect to my students when ı am dark
Life is all about ups and downs, about good times and hard times. No one gets a free ride, no matter what background they come from. In my view, you don't even need to justify yourself. Do the best you can in given circumstances and every normal and half compassionate human being will understand you. And as for what each of us does to pull through, I think it's highly individual. What works for me, or anyone else here for that matter, probably wouldn't even begin to work for you. Just do - or don't do - what feels best. And don't spare a second thought on what others think.
In my opinion, Problems and difficulties should be left away and be ignored specially having a class with students. It shouldn't be allowed to be known by students.
