As teachers, we are sometimes faced with circumstances in life that that often leave us feeling a little sad. And we cannot always control what goes on around us. How do you deal with these real-life situations especially when you have a class. How do you deal with difficult situations. What is your form of relaxation.

  • Life is all about ups and downs, about good times and hard times. No one gets a free ride, no matter what background they come from. In my view, you don't even need to justify yourself. Do the best you can in given circumstances and every normal and half compassionate human being will understand you. And as for what each of us does to pull through, I think it's highly individual. What works for me, or anyone else here for that matter, probably wouldn't even begin to work for you. Just do - or don't do - what feels best. And don't spare a second thought on what others think.

  • In my opinion, Problems and difficulties should be left away and be ignored specially having a class with students. It shouldn't be allowed to be known by students.

  • I'm a firm believer of rest and taking some time off. It could be taking some time off from the root course of your sadness.
