In order to learn a language in an effective way, you should get familiar with it in all the ways, i.e., read the newspaper, listen to the news, talk to the native speakers, and learn vocabulary regularly.
There are many things you can do, but the most important thing is dedicate time every day for at least a few minutes, and this will help greatly to your progress and learning.

The best way is to communicate with someone who speaks the Language. You can also watch some Spanish movies that comes with subtitles, that way you will be listening and speaking at the same time.
Para cualquier lenguaje se necesita dedicación e interés. No solo aprendiendo las palabras básicas pero a la primera oportunidad hablarlo.
Definitivamente es la práctica, así uno se va familiarizando con el idioma a aprender, cambiar ciertos hábitos, por ejemplo si deseo aprender inglés pues las canciones, películas o libros debo tratar de cambiarlos al idioma inglés e ir practicando nuevo vocabulario y pronunciación.

Generalmente recomiendo la combinacion de la practica regular, la inmersion en el idioma, el uso de recursos bien sea en fisico o digitales como libros, aplicaciones y clases, asi como la interaccion con hablantes nativos del español ya que la exposicion constante al idioma son claves para el exito en el aprendizaje de idiomas

En español? Como profe encuentro que en español de España es muy difícil aprender las conjugaciones y las preposiciones, porque repiten mucho su uso en el caso de las preposiciones, en Latino América no repetimos el uso de una preposición. En castellano latinoamericano, encuentro que les es difícil escuchar una conversación real porque tenemos una diferencia demasiado grande de acentos entre frontera y frontera, y de sinónimos, y en la mayoría de los países de LATAM se mezclan expresiones de algún idioma indígena originario con el castellano, no es PURO castellano. Así que es Español las preposiciones y conjugación (Gramática) En castellano los acentos y sinónimos (Escucha y vocabulario)
