Slow accents with neutral sounds I think people from Bogotá could be.
"Paisa" de medellin. "Carraqueño" de caracas. El de Republica Dominicana. I think one of the easiest is of the colombians or mexicans that are not from the coast because they speak clear and slow. But any Latin american that can pronounce well could be the best teacher. And Me personally i love the way we venezuelians and other from the caribbean region speak. its more layed back and slangy
Hola :) I prefer the south american spanish accents
For learners of Spanish, the easiest accents to understand tend to be those that are spoken with clarity, a moderate speed, and minimal regional slang. These include: Mexican Spanish: It’s often slow, clear, and widely heard in media (such as movies, TV shows, and music), which gives learners greater exposure. Colombian Spanish (Bogotá): Known for its neutral tone and careful enunciation, this accent is often considered one of the clearest and most "standard" forms of Spanish. On the other hand, accents from regions like Spain, Argentina, or the Caribbean can be slightly more challenging due to unique pronunciations, faster pacing, and local idiomatic expressions.
I believe accent from Madrid is quite easy to understand for beginners and is quite neutral.
