This adjective only has one syllable so you just say cuter... the general rule is that if an adjective as only one syllable, you just need to add 'er' or 'r' in this case since the word cute ends in 'e'.

Because cute is a monosyllabic adjective, we say 'cuter' is the comparative form of the adjective 'cute'.

Cuter as it has one syllable!
Cuter is the correct answer.
Cuter. When the word you want to use in degrees of comparison ends in a vowel such as "e" in "cute" the comparative form of the original word almost always ends in an "r" So the comparative form would be "cuter" Hope this answer helps. The answer is cuter.
The adjective cuter is correct and it’s used when comparing two objects e.g Who’s cuter outta chad Michael Murray and Orlando bloom . Also, we can use cutest when comparing between three or more things ,for example; She is the dearest ,cutest little thing now and so loving.

cuter is its comparative form but sometimes even native speakers do tend to wonder and if the comparative form sounds weird , the more natural form is used regardless of it being grammatically wrong. As Stephen Fry famously said in his video on grammar :)
