Let’s learn from each other
As teachers, we all have moments when our patience and emotions are tested, perhaps due to something a student said or did. While teaching is fulfilling, there are tough days too. What matters most is how we handle those situations. Could you share an experience where you had to control your emotions and how you managed it? Your story might inspire and help others navigate similar challenges

Im going to share my experience One challeninging moment was when a student consistently disrupted the the lesson in a very irritating way , making it difficult for others to focus . So one day after a disruptive outburst , i felt my patience being tested and instead of me responding repulsively i took a deep breath and reminded myself that this situation could escalate or de- escalate so how i approached the matter was very important as to how i can rather calm the situation down. I asked to to speak with the student privately in a very polite manner and during our conversations i realized the student was dealing with a lot of personal problems at home which were influencing their behavior , so understanding shifted me from frustration to empathy . so i offered support , understanding and open communication so we build a bond going forward to have great classes and guess what it really helped and we did good going forward all you need is patience .
