In my opinion, I think the key components of providing outstanding service to students, should be, responsiveness & timely support, personalized attention & understanding individual needs and effective communication & positive attitude.
We should know our student level and be prepared with the teaching materials. Most of the first time students become very nervous so we must be able to put them at ease. Usually, we ask them what are their goals We should be able to provide them with the suitable lessons that they are looking for. At the end of the day, they will have trust in you and you will feel satisfied that you have given them your best.
In my opinion, the key components of providing outstanding customer service to students is 'CARING', the rest will follow. 'Caring teacher - the key to students learning'.

Time,Trust and patience are key factors. Guiding the students on their journey as they learn a new language is a big responsibility. We need to be there every step of the way.
