Reading comprehension, open ended questions, listening exercises. Give the student to talk about themselves so they can explore their vocabulary.

  • I find that, as a tutor, I need to determine what works best for each individual student, whether that be describing images, asking open ended questions, role play, sentence construction using the vocabulary, fun little worksheets on grammar points, or even flashcards.
