Find someone you really trust, and agree to read to each other. Make it fun, and you'll soon care more about reading that worrying about what your friend thinks - and they'll be going through exactly the same feelings.
Getting my pronunciation correct and understanding the meaning of the word, then using it correctly.

Practicing my spelling and getting my pronunciation correct π€£π€
Understanding clearly a person I am speaking with, Understanding the topic we are discussing, Knowing that anybody can make a mistake and no one will judge me if I do, Knowing that in case I forget a word, I will be able to substitute it with another or explain myself in other ways!

Practice without hesitation.
Nice feedback. Once you hear somebody telling you 'Oh, your English is so good! How did you learn it?' or 'Your accentπ€ you're Canadian, right?' (When in fact I'm not from an English-speaking country at all π π°πΏ) So, whenever somebody compliments my English, it gives me a great boost of confidence:)
