One way to practice English outside of class is to mimic dialogues, learn a song, try tongue twisters and don't hesitate!

Speaking because when you meet people you will be speaking to them not writing. Also this will allow you to make sure you have your sentence structures in order and you can make sure your pronouncements are correct.

Basically the skill of learning English primarily requires speaking and thinking in English more than anything else. Because English is a language and language can be taught by practicing it.
