Tienen el mismo significado pero diferente nivel de intensidad. Como besos es como algo pequeño, besotes es como te va a dar un beso muy grande y besazos es como más grande que eso.

Si, tienen el mismo significado pero el nivel de intensidad o intimidad no es lo mismo. Por ejemplo, besotos es más en una relación romántico que se dirá eso mientras besazos es más platónico y besos también pero besos es formal platónico y besazos y informal platónico osea no podrás ir a la oficina y decir besazos porque aunque es platónico el tono cambiará.
