Short answer: Spanish verbs. Second short answer: Objective and possessive pronouns. Spanish verbs come in 7 simple and 7 compound tenses, plus imperative forms that change based on the context of the command. Pronouns either pair up with verbs and either follow or precede the verb form, depending on the verb form. Then there's the le/les and reflexives that can baffle even the most dedicated grammarian.

  • I will say the conjugation of the verbs most especially the radical changing verbs

  • I agree with Curtis! Verbs and conjugations as part of a bit complex grammar. The use of gender in the words could also be a bit difficult to adapt to the vocabulary.

Para mi, sin lugar a dudas sería los usos del “que”. Realmente es complicado explicar y también desde la otra parte entender las funciones sintácticas que tiene esta palabra tan sumamente polivalente.

  • Los tiempos verbales, sobretodo los irregulares. Otro de los temas que suele causar dificultad son los pronombres O.D y OI.

  • The proper listening/understanding when native Spanish speakers talk, they are so fast ^^
