In my experience, when technical issues or disruptions occur during online lessons. I stay calm, communicate with students about the issue, troubleshoot the problem, reschedule or continue the lesson if possible.

Start testHi Gaby I have had issues but usually it has been on the student's side. I would advise them if it continues, they must leave the classroom and rejoin , and it always works.
Having technical issues in online classes is inevitable, so in such cases ,I attempt to diagnose the issue, and if possible switch to another platform.
i have a back up just incase my internet goes down. which helps me to continue with the lessons like nothing happened

Do what you can and bring laughter to the frustrating moment. Most is out of our control, so I use humor to lighten the situation and be ready when a resolution comes.
Most of the time technical issues can be resolved by a screen refresh on the Tutor's side or the Student's side.
Always keep a backup device or try restarting the router if it's a wifi issue and most importantly be patient
