Hi.Jenny! Just start now! Find your perfect Chinese teacher and begin with basic daily Chinese. Then, try to conquer PINYIN, the Chinese Phonetic system and you can gradually learn more about Chinese!
Hi Jenny! You should start right away by learning the basics, especially HSK 1 and then pass on to other levels. The basics are a foundation to learning every language that is at the moment closed to a person. If you want to book a lesson please contact me. Thank you !
You'd better find the most part you really want from learning Mandarin, and then start to learn right away. BTW,I'm learning Korean recently, we can exchange our learning experience.
To learn a language well, we must first listen and listen to what the locals say. Then start learning from pinyin and follow the lead. The specific time required to learn Mandarin depends on how much time you can put into it every day and your acceptance of Chinese.

We can start from PinYin, after that you can recognize characters by PinYin, I believe you can make good progress by accumulating little by little.Happy New Year ,Good luck!
Mastering Pinyin first, because it will help you read and pronounce Chinese words accurately. Be patient and Persistent.
Okay, no problem! I can help you. Welcome to my class.
I learned English, Japanese, I speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, some simple Japanese, I think the best place to start learning any language is now, and then there is no quick fix for learning a language, you need to persevere. Of course, the time and energy spent on simple communication and mastery are completely different, and everyone has different time and effort, so how long it takes to learn depends on how much time you are willing to spend on learning. thank you. Have a good day.
