I think it's important to approach this topic with sensitivity. Some might argue that accents like the West Midlands can be challenging for outsiders, which might lead to misunderstandings. However, I believe that each accent tells a story and reflects a rich cultural background. So instead of labeling any accent as the worst, we should focus on understanding and learning from them.
Not sure worst is a nice thing to say. Difficult to understand could be fair. I have an Uncle from Kirkcaldy (near Edinburgh) I struggle to understand him and I’m from the UK. Sometimes I need to concentrate hard when speaking to some Indian people. As for learners, a new and different accent would always be a challenge.

There's no worst accent I suppose. They're just sometimes difficult to understand. Those like Indian or East Asian ones.
All accents have their own beauty. However people with different mother tongues find some specific accents hard to understand. For instance, people with Germanic mother tongues find Asian accents difficult to understand.
Actually all accents are cute and interesting. There is no "worst" one! ps. Australian accent is 10/10 haha

When I was at school I thought I would never become a teacher. But as you can guess «Never say never»😅 I just like it. When people think that they can’t do and tell your story they think that it is possible. So, I like it when others succeed in doing something. 🤝
