You can respond by saying yes, i have it or no, i don't have it. but ''yes, i have them'' is not appropriate irrespective of the amount. ''Money'' is not a countable noun and so it has no plural form. the word money behaves in the same way as other non-countable nouns like water, sand, air etc.
As it was mentioned, the word "money" is uncountable, so you say "it". In this case you can answer "Yes, I do"
Money is uncountable, so "it" is the suitable pronoun.

Start testYes I have it. That's how you answer.
Money is not a countable now just like air water and so many other so you can't say "yes I have them" You should rather say "yes I have it"
In standard English, it would not be grammatically correct to respond "yes, I have them," because "money" is considered an uncountable noun and doesn't have a plural form. Instead, we would say, "Yes, I have the money." However, there are some dialects or colloquial ways of speaking where people might say, "I have them," even if it's not technically correct. So it really depends on the context and the people involved in conversation.

Only yes I have it
The word money is an uncountable noun so I would say Yes, I have it. However, if the money refers to a bag full of coins , yes I have them because they are countable. For example, there are ten coins on the table . The money is in my pocket. Is the money ready? Yes , it is
You'd reply with "I have it" rather that "i have them"
I would say that if it is in dayly casual situations with friends then yes, but if you want to sound proper and grammatically correct- then answer Yes, I do is more appropriate
Do you have enough money to buy ……. ?
