Avant de me tourner vers l'enseignement des langues, j'ai travaillé pendant plus de cinq ans dans le secteur de l'immigration. Mon rôle principal était la préparation de dossiers d'immigration. J'ai ensuite décidé de réorienter ma carrière vers l'enseignement du français pour offrir un soutien plus direct aux immigrants s'installant au Québec, en étant en contact direct avec eux.

En tant qu'apprenante moi-même de langues, dont l'espagnol, je comprends bien les défis que l'on peut rencontrer en apprenant un nouveau langage. Grâce à mes propres expériences et difficultés, j'ai pu développer des méthodes d'apprentissage que j'applique maintenant à mes étudiants pour les aider efficacement dans leur apprentissage.

Je crois qu'un cours de langue réussi est personnalisé en fonction de l'étudiant. Selon vos objectifs, que nous déterminerons lors de la première session, j'adapterai le rythme et la nature des leçons. I am French-Canadian and passionate about languages since I was very young. I am currently a student in linguistics and language science at TELUQ University.

Before turning to language teaching, I worked for over five years in the immigration sector. My main role was the preparation of immigration files. I then decided to redirect my career towards teaching French to offer more direct support to immigrants settling in Quebec, by being in direct contact with them.

As a language learner myself, including Spanish, I understand the challenges that can be encountered when learning a new language. Thanks to my own experiences and difficulties, I was able to develop learning methods that I now apply to my students to effectively help them in their learning.

I believe that a successful language course is personalized to the student. Depending on your goals, which we will determine during the first session, I will adapt the pace and nature of the lessons. Do you only want to learn the basics to be able to express yourself in French, do you want to deepen the subtleties of grammar or are you preparing for the future obtaining of a test such as the TEF?
