Are there many people who speak english and want to learn the secret to learning arabic language?

I want to know if there are many people that would be interested in learning by talking, as I see that would be the best and easiest way to step into Arabic, rather than try to learn it traditionally directly. and even better if it's with someone who is able to speak your native language, but also is a native Arabian, especially Egyptian as it's the easiest to understand forum of slang Arabic that is used now, since hardly anyone uses original Arabic except for prayer and Quran reading. like are there a lot or just a few? Anyone opinions?
