Chunking and previewing is great, and I encourage it a lot. It's good for the real world and for examination practice too. When I use this method, I use the 80/ 20 principle. So if it is reading exercises, for every 4 chunking and previewing exercises, we will have 1 exercise where we have in-depth and detailed training.
