My credentials. I was awarded my teaching degree by the University of Iowa. Also, the state of Iowa awarded me my teaching license and I love what I do. My lessons accommodate different cultures and perspectives. I have lived and taught in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Cambodia, Mongolia, and Thailand.
I am a dynamic tutor and I have a relatable and fun curriculum for Business English, Conversational English, English for Travel and Hobbies, and Everyday English. I also always take the lead from my students and I am flexible. My curriculum helps my students to read, listen, speak and write better. We also focus on pronunciation, fluency and confidence. If my student has an assignment, homework or a presentation, we incorporate that into our lesson. I also keep a file on each of my students which helps me track their progress.

I make lesson plans according to my students needs, I love to focus on how they learn best(do they learn better by seeing pictures? or do they learn better by hearing?) . Everyone learns best differently and I make it my priority to know what works best for each individual and tailor each lesson specifically for them. I believe this helps my students learn faster and have better understanding of the language which boosts their confidence and comfortability with using the english language.
