45 min would be middle road, 30 min is too limited to cover all bases. One hour long lesson may bring up issues of diminishing attention span and fatigue, both students and teachers as well.
30 minutes is probably the best lesson length, as your brain is still able to concentrate on new things. After 45 minutes you start to get tired and will begin to go backwards.
I think 40 minutes because in this time span, students get less exhusted. It also strikes a balance between too short and too long.

Hi, As a teacher in 30 minutes lesson I can analyse student'needs ans expectations, weeknesses and strengths, generally a trial lesson Best Regards
In my opinion, a 30-minute lesson allows for focused, to-the-point teaching and discussion, while a 1-hour lesson allows for a more thorough explanation of topics. Ultimately the effectiveness of the lesson duration may vary depending on the specific context, the needs of the students, and the subject matter.
As much as you tolerate keep conentrating, however my lessons are engaging and can keep you interestingly willing to put effort
Personally I like the 45 min classes. But with more advanced students I like the full hour. With less experienced students, we both get tired at the 45 minute mark. Advanced students can chit-chat and practice more easily.
It depends on the student's age.
