My teacher taught my to understand the system of foreign languages, how they work.
Practice and donβt give up on the first try because you donβt understand. For example, the first time you hear a word or phrase, itβs foreign to your senses, so you should listen more than once so that you get used to it. Use your senses to help you remember.

Literary techniques. My lecturer did a special session regarding literary techniques in narrative style writing. The writing techniques that she taught me along with the methods that she taught me to keep a reader hooked into my writing was very helpful and I am thankful to my professor for that!
