Teachers have to listen to their students
Can anyone truly be objective and impartial about themselves? I don't think so. In short, I believe I am the last person in this world who is qualified to really say whether I am a good teacher or not. I can only honestly and seriously say I try to do my best. Whether that's enough to make me a good teacher is not up to me to tell.
Patience and understanding. Teaching for a purpose more than teaching for an income. Being non judgmental and helpful, and making a student comfortable enough to approach me if need be.
