Learners are go getters and usualy achieve what they set out to do. Students are also keen on learning, if they were nit we would not have anyone to teach but they just have a different goal set to learners.
Learners are seekers they have no boundary to gain knowledge they can learn formally and informally on other hand students are following formal education under supervision of teachers , coaches and academic trainers .
