Hello, Everyone! I am Teacher Elisha from South Africa, I am a graduate with Tshwane University of Technology, I graduated with a Diploma in Food and Nutrition. English was one of the modules which I have successfully achieved. I am a constituent Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator. I started to teach in 2003. Teaching Chefs, waiters, waitresses, housekeepers and most people who works in the Hotels. I enjoy working with people, because I am patient, I am able to give my students undivided attention. I am very creative, I always successfully find new innovative ways to engage my students in learning. I have very good classroom management techniques, which I will Impliment in order to assist in maintaining control of the class while also promoting positive student behaviour. I am able to motivate learners, which will assist in setting high expectations, for all the students and instilling confidence in them. I am understanding when it comes to culture. I have taught people who are from different cultural backgrounds, such as whites, black, coloured, Indians and more. People who are previously disadvantaged in South Africa, those that needs to understand the English language and put it to practice, in Students can expect various learning approaches, which are lively and practical. Visual aids, songs, role plays, poems and many more fun learning approaches.
