Hi! the first and most important thing is to create a great relationship with your student. It doesn't matter how old they are. The atmosphere should be so friendly. The second way is to use jokes and humors in your teaching method! If you're teaching grammar, you can give a funny example! And the third one is to use fun materials in your class such as videos, music, pictures, games and others that are your student's favorite.

In making my classes interesting and entertaining I have employed various strategies in my previous classes. Utilize multimedia resources such as videos, songs, game like word puzzles, role playing and by using real-life and relatable situations in my lessons and discussions. In ESL, I would use visual and props, and any visually appealing physical objects. I also used to crack some jokes, funny anecdotes that will create a positive and relaxed classroom atmosphere. Every student is unique, so its very important for me to determine their interest and adapt my teaching approaches accordingly that's why i also provide positive feedbacks and encouragement and as much as possible fostering a love learning ad language acquisitions among my students.
