I am a proactive and caring worker with 13 years of experience. I have strong communication skills and good observational abilities. Throughout my career, I have handled day-to-day activities while actively seeking opportunities to make a positive impact. I am hardworking, passionate, and possess strong organizational skills. During Pandemic, I have experience tutoring multi graded and diverse groups of students, strengthening their comprehension of subjects, boosting their confidence, and building essential learning skills. I provided one-on-one and small group instruction to In making my classes interesting and entertaining I have employed various strategies in my previous classes. Utilize multimedia resources such as videos, songs, games like word puzzles, role playing and by using real-life and relatable situations in my lessons and discussions. In ESL, I would use visual and props, and any visually appealing physical objects. I also used to crack some jokes, funny anecdotes that will create a positive and relaxed classroom atmosphere. Every student is unique, so its very important for me to determine their interest and adapt my teaching approaches accordingly that's why I also provide positive feedbacks and encouragement and as much as possible fostering a love for learning and language acquisitions among my students.
