Yes, it's crucial to unlock our students' potential with personalized feedback. This not only motivates them but also boosts their confidence and inspires them to aim for progress. Moreover, it fosters a positive teacher-student relationship and creates a supportive learning environment where students feel appreciated and empowered to unleash their full potential.

  • I find feedback extremely important but I gotta say: there is a very thin line between a motivating feedback and the student feeling they are being told off. I'm not even going into the constructive feedback realm here, I refer specifically to the timing and frequency of feedback. I personally don't think feedback should be every class, after class.... If it's positive yes, if you see the student hasn't improved, I guess giving another 2 or 3 weeks won't hurt and it does help sometimes.... Anyways, this is one of those bar table talks.... Food for thought.
